·        CSCS carded minimum requirement

·         CPCS slinger / signaller carded an advantage

·         Joinery, drylining and finishing skills a must

Electrician £ 15.50 per hour

Electrician required for working upon modular buildings and cabins both within our yard and out onsite.

Duties will include:-

·        Installing new internal power lighting circuits

·       Installing external power feeds to cabins and equipment such as Air conditioning

·         Carrying out testing and certification

·         General re-wiring

The following attributes are essential:-

Driving License
NICEIC registered
Own tools

The following attributed would be an advantage:-

3+ years on the tools experience
CSCS card
IPAF card
PASMA card

Sales / Contracts Manager £ 27K pa+

Main duties to include:-

·        Mainly office based work with some site visit requirements

·         Organising and managing contracts

·         Developing sales leads

·         Quality control and documentation of contracts

·         Liaising with clients

·         Help develop company policy and sales strategy

Relevant experience to the portable accommodation market would be an advantage but not essential. An understanding of the construction market and plant hire would also be viewed favourably. 

The applicant should be able to demonstrate that they have worked in a managerial position for over 3 years and are able to handle responsibility effectively. 

The applicant should be well presented, confident and a good communicator with the ability to think for themselves.

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator £ 28K pa+

Main duties to include:-

·               Data collection & entry

·               Development of an ‘Excel’ based pricing system

·               Costing and estimating contracts

·               Documenting and controlling materials and labour expenditure

·               Producing / reporting upon job by job profit and loss figures

The applicant does not require direct experience of the construction or portable accommodation business. Either experienced or graduate level applicants will be considered.
