Ashby & Croft are proud to offer for sale the CTRL House four storey office building currently in use as the main engineering and administrative centre for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link Project.
The building was supplied and erected In October 2001 by Portakabin Limited and has been in use at the Kings Cross site since then. The whole complex is constructed from high quality steel framed Duplex DX 402 modules, 272 in total and is in excellent condition throughout.
